Delivery Island wide is Absolutely FREE

When will my order be dispatched?
  • Orders placed by 12 AM of the day Singapore time on any day of the week will be dispatched from our workshop on next day before 8PM.
  • Uncertain weather conditions like rain & heavy traffic at some areas might delay the delivery & will be notified to customer.
Can I pick up my order?
  • Currently not available, but we can accommodate on Special request, pls contact us for any such request.
Do you offer Same Day Delivery?
  • Currently not available, but we can accommodate on Special request, pls contact us for any such request and we try our best not to disappoint you.
Special Delivery Instructions
  • Please state in the Delivery Instructions on the check out page if the household at the address is in isolation due to COVID-19.
  • The special delivery instructions field on the checkout page is for specific instructions for the courier that are printed on the label (eg. deliver to the second floor and leave with reception, leave behind the pot plant near the front door).
  • Requests for delivery at a specific time of day will be printed on the label for the courier to see however cannot be guaranteed.
  • Our couriers are unable to call or text recipients prior to delivery, to confirm an address, or upon an unsuccessful delivery.
  • Unattended Delivery & Re-delivery

    Please ensure that the recipient's address is correct and that someone is available to receive the gift. In the event that the recipient is not around, the gift hamper will be returned to the office and arranged for another delivery time and date. A touch-up and re-delivery fee of up to $20 per Hamper will be applicable.

    Please note that when authority to leave has been given, The Hamper Story and our couriers cannot accept responsibility or liability on the rare occasion that a consignment is lost or stolen after our couriers have recorded the package as 'successfully delivered'. Further holding time is 30 days, if any Hamper unclaimed than order will be cancelled & no refund will be given. 

    Hospital Deliveries
    • Most hospitals have specific guidelines regarding the delivery of gifts to patients – it is advisable to contact the specific hospital in advanceto find out how their deliveries are received (eg. deliver to loading dock on Mt Elizabeth Hospital, leave with reception in the North Wing of Mt. Elizabeth Hospital).
    • Please provide as much detail as possible about the recipient – bed/room number, ward name/number, full name and street address of hospital – and ensure that the name on the delivery address matches the name under which the patient is registered at the hospital.
    • Please note that if a parcel needs to be sent to an alternative address due to the patient already being discharged, an applicable redelivery fee of $20 per Hamper will be passed on to the sender.
    International Deliveries
    • Currently not available, We deliver to any address in Singapore only. However, we can try on Special request, pls contact us for any such request.
